Adult Dance Classes

Learn to dance in an inclusive and fun-filled environment catering to all levels of experience! With Dance fit (think Zumba!) or Latin and Ballroom styles, we have something for everyone. 

Latin

  • Learn dances such as the cha cha, rumba, salsa and more!
  • If you’ve seen these dances and always wanted to learn, or if you’ve danced them before, come along and see what it's all about!
  • Partners are encouraged but not required. All levels of dancers catered for. 
​Clothing - something comfortable and easy to move in. Workout wear is perfect. Jazz shoes or runners are also preferred.

Dance Fit

  • Dance Fit is a fun, energetic class that will get the heart pumping and leave you full on laughs.
  • No prior dance experience is needed, the only requirement is that you’re ready to have fun!
  • We start off with a warm up, then learn a new routine to a super fun song each week, so no need to remember anything week to week. 
Clothing - something comfortable and easy to move in. Workout wear is perfect. Jazz shoes or runners are also preferred.

Ballroom

  • Learn the classic ballroom dances such as the waltz, quickstep, tango or foxtrot.
  • Learn more modern dances such as the Charmagne, Merrylin or
  • partners are encouraged but not required. All levels of dancers catered for. 
  • Full of fun and catering to all levels of dance experience.

Bridal Dances 

The big day is coming up and you and your soon to be husband or wife have never danced before? We have you covered with our one on one bridal lessons! 

We also teach father-daughter combos as well as entire bridal parties!
